Lead the study.
Choose relevant departments, agree a research question and provide a faculty mentor. Review methods, ethics, findings and academic requirements.
Safer lives. Better care. More choice.

IFT aims to work with leading universities and colleges on all 18 national pillars. Faculty-led student teams would study a chosen country, understand its systems and develop evidence-based ideas that can be adapted for India.
This is a proposed network. No university partnership, internship placement, academic credit, stipend or travel arrangement is confirmed.
What participation means here
Choose relevant departments, agree a research question and provide a faculty mentor. Review methods, ethics, findings and academic requirements.
Study a country and pillar. Read primary sources, compare delivery models and document what works, what fails and why.
Help define Indian problems, organise source records and prepare clear public explanations. Local experience should inform adaptation and pilot design.
From a question to a useful result
Select a country, an Indian problem and the pillar being studied. A country is a place to investigate, not a model assumed to be best.
Agree the institution, faculty mentor, student roles and the internship or research terms before work starts.
Read official records, research and evaluations. Explain the mechanism, resources, institutions, costs and limitations.
Consider local law, language, resources, access, scale and delivery capacity. Explain what to adopt, modify or reject.
Produce a clear topic page, an evidence record, a comparison and a practical solution brief. Separate findings from proposals.
Faculty and editorial reviews check accuracy, clarity and ethics. A pilot, if appropriate, needs its own approval, owner and measurement plan.
Interactive research planner
Choose the institution, country, pillar and topic, then submit the proposal to IFT for review. No information is sent to a university, and no partnership or internship is created.
Explain the problem, country context, evidence, institutions and practical lessons in simple language.
Record source links, dates, methods, uncertainty and any conflicting findings. A citation alone does not prove a conclusion.
Show where Indian conditions differ and which parts of the approach could be adapted.
Define an owner, resources, safeguards, expected outcomes and a way to measure results. Do not claim implementation before it happens.
Proposed outreach reference
These institutions are contact targets for consideration, not IFT partners. The reference list uses the top 25 positions in the QS World University Rankings 2027. Subject expertise, mentor availability and mutual interest must also guide outreach.

Rank is a reference, not proof of fit for every pillar. Colleges and universities beyond this list can also propose relevant faculty-led research.
Confirm supervision, selection, duration, workload, assessment, credit, funding or stipend, ownership and publication permission with the institution.
Field visits, interviews and sensitive information need suitable permissions, informed consent, privacy measures, risk review and a responsible local host. Do not send students into the field on the basis of this website.
Questions & answers
When submissions are enabled and validation succeeds, the IFT management plugin stores the fields in WordPress and returns a receipt reference. A browser draft or downloaded file is a separate local copy.
No. Sending a proposal to IFT does not send it to a university or establish approval, academic credit, funding, travel, a stipend or an internship. Institutional and ethics decisions are separate.
No. A WordPress receipt confirms that the form data was stored for review. It does not confirm acceptance, publication, funding, a partnership, an internship or a measured result.
Your text remains in the form, but you should not assume it reached IFT. Keep a copy before leaving. If the server returns a receipt reference, use that reference in any follow-up.
No. Use only the details needed to explain the subject. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, private medical or financial files, survivor identities or identifying details about children.
Email support@indiafortomorrow.com with the relevant page or receipt reference and a short explanation. Clearing browser data does not delete a WordPress submission. Requests need an operator review.
