Connect specific buyer quality requirements with supervised supplier trials and feedback.
Measure accepted output, rework and viable orders.
Create a proposed task-based, mentored pathway around real industrial maintenance needs.
Agree safe work, pay, supervision and assessment; do not promise employment.

10 questions and answers
It includes supplier skills, design, tools, production quality, maintenance and reliable delivery. Output or a factory announcement alone does not establish the complete capability.
A proposed investment needs evidence of usable orders, product requirements and competition. Study whether the operation can deliver at an acceptable full cost.
Identify specific quality, equipment, skills and delivery gaps. A supplier trial should explain buyer requirements, support, assessment and payment arrangements.
Define the product, required standard, inspection method, defects and corrective action. Track repeat performance rather than relying on a single demonstration.
Include safe processes, training, supervision, reporting and correction responsibilities from the start. Higher production should not be treated as a reason to overlook harm.
They affect cost, reliability and environmental performance. Trace inputs, losses and residual destinations so an efficiency claim does not conceal another problem.
Compare it with simpler alternatives using the actual task, skills, maintenance needs and full cost. A prototype does not establish dependable production performance.
Define a practical capability gap and a way to test the proposed solution in relevant conditions. Agree responsibilities for design, validation and knowledge transfer.
Study local capability, supplier links, skills and value retained alongside sales. Distinguish an assembly count from a verified improvement in the wider value chain.
Look for reliable quality, real demand, safe work, viable operating cost and maintainable processes. Include environmental effects and the burden on smaller firms.
